70 sqm flat on the ground floor with large terrace and small garden. The 30 sqm open-plan living area with kitchen, dining room and sitting area is colourfully furnished with great attention to detail in modern Alpine style. A bay window with upholstered loden invites you to laze around or spend cosy reading hours. Bedroom 1 has its own bathroom, which can only be reached via the small hallway. Bedroom 2 has a "bath en suite".
In both bedrooms, the double beds can be converted into single beds and are equipped with a Smart TV. You have two further sleeping options in the living area with a cosy sofa bed. Your car is also on holiday and can be parked in the underground parking space with electric charging station reserved for the flat. In the ski and bicycle cellar you have the possibility to store your sports equipment safely.
Schladming is always worth a trip in summer. Our holiday flat is the ideal starting point for many activities. Whether it's leisurely tours to idyllic mountain lakes, via ferrata routes or major summits. In winter, you can also start a relaxing day of skiing from the Planai valley station. The 123 kilometres of pistes offer enough variety for kids and families, sports enthusiasts and connoisseurs. The connection to Hauser Kaibling, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm (4-mountain ski area) is unique.

Our Alpenkrone flat is located in the second row to the centre, which you can reach on foot in just a few minutes. In summer as well as in winter, the Planai mountain railway can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is the ideal starting point for hiking or to enjoy a perfect day of skiing.

PAYMENT
Deposit of 50 % of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking.
The booking confirmation for short term reservations (3 weeks) will be made after payment of the total amount.
CANCELLATION
The travel conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply (unless otherwise agreed in writing). The general terms and conditions and house rules will be sent to you with the booking confirmation. With the down payment you accept them.
